An innovative project integrated within a wider urban regeneration plan designed to re-launch the famous municipality close to Bergamo as a luxury shopping and wellness destination, combining history with modernity and offering comfort, elegance, and tradition.
Situated in a panoramic location, in a pedestrian area in the heart of the popular tourist region visited each year by millions of tourists, near Lake Como, Lake Garda, Verona, Venice and some of the best ski resorts, San Pellegrino Outlet Village is the only shopping destination in Italy where you can shop, enjoy the spa and sample excellent foods and wines, all in one day.
Not just an outlet, but a territorial marketing operation that seeks to give new momentum to tourism and the local economy, tangible evidence of Arcus Real Estate’s expertise in analyzing and interpreting current trends and positioning them within a long-term vision, such as that of contemporary spa tourism. The intervention strategy called for the development of a number of buildings: a 6,000 m² premium spa complex, inaugurated in December 2014 and already drawing a significant number of tourists attracted by the more than 40 spa treatments, both traditional and innovative, and by the impressive setting amidst restored frescoes, colonnades and ceilings from the early 1900s; the theater and casino, the latter fully restored to host stunning events, opened and operating as of January 2014. Furthermore, the project includes a new residential area and a luxury outlet that will make up the new urban center.
