Arcus Real Estate, a company within the Percassi “galaxy”, was set up in 2006 to specialize in the commercialization and management of luxury, outlet and full price retail property developments.

All Arcus Real Estate projects, from latest generation Outlet Villages to luxury shopping centers, are designed to integrate with and develop the setting in which they are located by becoming tourist attractions and economic growth opportunities – creating jobs and stimulating supply industries – and by enhancing the local aesthetic with new architecture that will grow in value over time.

Torino Outlet Village opened its doors to the public on March 24, 2017. The 20,000 square meters structure is currently being expanded with an additional 11,000 square meters and 55 new stores. The project is signed by Claudio Silvestrin, one of the most internationally known Italian architects, thanks to his minimalist and serene style.

The expansion of Torino Outlet Village follows that of other well-known and established projects: Sicilia Outlet Village has just inaugurated the third phase with an additional 6,000 square meters and 35 new stores of the most prestigious brands. Roma Outlet Village is in the development and restyling phase, with work starting in June 2024.

In addition to the Premium Outlet projects managed by the company, there are full-price projects like Oriocenter and Westfield Milano the highly anticipated shopping center at the gates of the Italian fashion city, which will become one of the most grandiose and ambitious in Europe.
